A weekly meditation group, including basic instruction in and general background of the practice of meditation. Time is included at the end of each session for questions.
The aim and intent is to create a Sacred Space in which individuals can relax, open their hearts and minds, and nourish their souls.
*The first Wednesday of each month will include teaching the basics about meditation when there are individuals new to the group, and in that case, run from 7 to 8:30 pm.
Requested Donation: $12 - $15
