You already know what constitutes a good diet. You know the five main food groups. You’ve dieted. But what you don’t know, or can’t get a handle on, is: What causes you to eat in an unhealthy way?
This series of classes will help you break the bad habits—the addictive quality—of your eating. Participants will:
- Explore the roots of the addictive qualities to eating
- Practice getting to know the body’s language at a deeper level
- Learn techniques to break bad habits
- Review the basics of good nutrition
- Set up an ongoing support system for success
Series I - Classes 1-3: Introduction to the basic principles of Mindful Eating Thursdays, Sept. 30 - Oct. 14 (4:00 - 5:30 pm) Cost: $70.00
Series II - Classes 4-6: Classes continue for those who want to go deeper into breaking the maladaptive patterns of eating Thursdays, Oct. 28 - Nov. 11 (4:00 - 5:30 pm) Cost: $60.00
